This took me a little while to unpick but I think I’ve got it:

• I’m high on the fact finder mode which means I’m likely to seek out information before acting, or before making a decision.
• I’m also high on follow through which means I’m able to document processes and develop repeatable systems.
• I’m low in quickstart which means I want to stick with tried and true plans rather than doing stuff without knowing the outcome
• I’m low in implementer meaning I can see things and can understand how physical objects work together.
