WHY

You make money every quarter 

It might seem obvious but it’s easy to get caught in the areas of business that don’t make money i.e. branding, course creation, learning new things yourself

By ensuring you have a launch scheduled every month you’re going to keep your finger on the sales button and keep money flowing in!

It provides you with a system for when to run launches 

Launches are stressful, there’s no denying it! But systems make everything less stressful. By creating a system of quarterly launches you no longer have to worry about when you’re doing things, everything fits into the system!

You’re regularly telling your audience what you’re offering

When we have multiple offerings sometimes we can focus all our efforts on one and forget about the rest. By setting up your quarterly schedule you know you will be spreading your marketting time evenly and so not leaving money on the table!

HOW

Firstly, get a big yearly calendar and decide which quarter you want to market your highest ticket offer. You’ll work all your other offers around this one. 

You want two weeks before the launch to prepare all the launch materials and start to warm up your audience. Then the actual launch week will be two weeks of craziness. This is where you’ll be posting lots of content, emailing, having calls, etc. Then once that’s over you want another two weeks to analyse and review how the launch went, what went well, and what you could improve on. 

Then the next quarter you want to promote your lowest tier offer and structure it the same.

Then the other quarters can be your mid sized offers. Don’t be afraid to offer things twice if you don’t have lots of products or services!

And there you have it! A fantastic quarterly launch schedule. Why wouldn’t you follow it!
