It’s no secret that I love a new year!

I love the feeling of a new beginning, a fresh year.

If that’s something that stressed you out or makes you feel pressured, then this is not the blog for you!! I totally understand why you might feel like this so just ignore this post and move on!

However, if you’re like me and you love the feeling of taking stock of the previous year and making plans for the new one, this is for you.

I can happily say I completed all of my 2022 goals! I completed a triathlon, started volunteering again, read a book every month, and continued being vegan.

Now on to what I have in store for 2023…

This year my word is Purpose

I want this year to be full of things that fill me with a sense of purpose, I want to be purposeful with my actions and decisions, I do not want to be passive in my life.

My goals for this year are connected to my drive for purpose

  • I want to continue and broaden my volunteer work
  • I want to read a book a week
  • I want to spend time walking outside every day
  • I want to go on holiday somewhere new
  • I want to run a half marathon
  • I want to spend barely any time on social media (working, yes, doomscrolling, NO)

Each year I change my life with my resolutions. I hope this year is no exception
